Withdrawal Eligibility:

Withdrawing from a Course:

1. Initiate a Withdrawal: Log into your account and go to 'My Courses'. Select the course you wish to withdraw from and click 'Withdraw'.
2. Select Withdrawal Reason: Choose the reason for the withdrawal from the available options.
3. Submit Request: Follow the prompts to complete the withdrawal process.

Processing Refunds:

Once your withdrawal is processed, eligible refunds will be issued according to our policy, typically within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
