If you click on a course module, video, or resource and encounter an error page, a spinning wheel, or a dead link, we want to get it fixed for you immediately so you can continue your learning.

Because content links require technical remediation behind the scenes, the fastest way to resolve this issue is to report it directly to our team via Live Chat or Phone.

Here is how to get the link fixed as quickly as possible:

Step 1: Gather the Link Information

Before contacting us, please gather a few quick details so our team can locate and repair the broken link instantly:

  • The Course Name: The exact title of the course or training track you are taking.

  • The Module/Section: The specific chapter, lesson, or resource name where the broken link lives.

  • The URL or Error Message: Copy the web address of the broken page or note any error code displayed (e.g., 404 Not Found).

Step 2: Contact Us for Instant Remediation

Choose one of the two channels below to connect with a support agent right away:

Option A: Raise it via Live Chat (Fastest)

  1. Click the Chat Widget located in the bottom-right corner of your learning portal.

  2. Type "Broken link" or "Content not loading" to bypass the initial options.

  3. You will be connected to a live support agent who will take the URL, verify the issue, and immediately route it to our content team for a live fix.

Option B: Call Our Support Phone Line

If you prefer to speak with someone directly to ensure the issue is logged immediately:

  1. Locate the support phone number at the bottom of this page or in your enrollment confirmation email.

  2. Let the representative know you are currently in a live learning session and have encountered a broken link.

  3. Provide them with the course name and module, and they will coordinate with our technical administrators to get the content restored.

Tip: While our team works on repairing the link, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or opening the course in an Incognito/Private window. Occasionally, local browser data can cause a link to appear broken when it has already been updated.
